The good news is that 87,496 of them (99.74%) were within the speed limit
It would be great if we could replicate these results on our other roads but it may be largely due to where the camera is sited, which is as cars approach the sharp right bend, but that’s as far forward as we could put it
Even so, 224 vehicles still broke the speed limit when travelling through Knapton Green in just over two months
Which means that over three drivers broke the law in Knapton Green every single day
And remember… we can only measure the speed of traffic travelling in one direction!
