Annual Income, Expenditure and Budget Reports
The Parish Clerk prepares the annual Income and Expenditure Reports for the Parish Council at the end of each financial year in March, which are then checked by the councillors. These reports build towards the annual accounts, which undergo an annual internal and external audit.
The Annual Budget is set every November by the Parish Council, guided by the Parish Clerk, effective from the beginning of the next Financial Year which starts in April. This has to be done in order to set the Precept, which must be advised to NNDC for collection effective in April.
All reports are separated into the relevant financial years, which run from April to March annually.
