The Knapton Village Hall
The postcode of the Village Hall is NR28 0RZ but as the marker on the map shows, this does not accurately indicate where the hall is when viewed on an app or SatNav.
Knapton Village Hall is located in Hall Lane close to the junction of Knapton Road and The Street, opposite the Wilds Way development
Disabled Access
Access into the hall is via a ramp at the main entrance at the rear of the building. Wheelchair users can enjoy free movement once inside.
Facilities
The Hall has plenty of tables & chairs. The fully fitted kitchen complete with cups, plates and cutlery can be included for a charge of £3 per session or £1 per hour for business bookings, simply let us know you’d like to use it. There are also male and female WCs.
Maximum capacity
Under normal conditions our hall can accommodate up to 50 persons comfortably. However, numbers may have to be reduced subject to the type of event being held and whether or not Covid restrictions or any Supplemental T&Cs need to be applied.
Loading
There is a set of wide doors in the main hall bordering Hall Lane which allows for the easy loading and unloading of large items straight into the main hall from the road.
Car Parking
The new Village Car Park is just across the road from the Hall, complete with bike racks and disabled parking bays. Parking is free and is available to all users of the Village Hall. Overnight parking requires a Permit prior to parking. You can find out more here.
Accessing the car park
Cars, vans and pedestrians can access the car park via School Close. There is also separate pedestrian access on the Hall Lane side of the car park, just across the road from the hall.

We really do need to do our best to keep the hall in use so volunteers and helpers at the hall are always most welcome.
