Sanders – Coronavirus Update on Timetables – 15.30pm 27th March 2020

Sanders will be operating the revised timetables for the duration of the 3 week stay at home period, until 11th April 2020

  • No services on Sundays, effective 22nd March 2020 until further notice
  • Reduced services for the Monday to Saturday timetables

Their Number 34 service run five times a day, Monday to Friday, and stops at Knapton Green and the Knapton Village Sign.

Dial a Ride | North Norfolk Community Transport logo and website link

North Norfolk Community Transport is a registered charity that provides accessible transport services including Dial a Ride, a door to door minibus transport service that is safe, accessible and affordable.  They operate a bookable weekday transport service that will pick you up from your home and give you up to 2 hours at your destination before they bring you back.
It’s available to anyone who does not have access to their own vehicle or appropriate public transport.

Dial a Medi Ride
This service provides transport for people who require an accessible vehicle to attend medical appointments.

The service is bookable Monday to Friday (subject to availability) and charged at 45p per mile from the North Norfolk Community Transport (NNCT) depot at 15 Cornish Way, North Walsham NR28 0AW and back.
Payment is made to the driver on the day of travel.

NNUH journeys include a waiting time of 2 hours. Each additional half hour is charged at £5 to cover additional driver costs.

The vehicle can also accommodate a carer/friend/family member, as required

Concessionary Travel
Age-related and Disabled travel passes are issued by Norfolk County Council.

Clicking the button below will take you to the Concessionary Travel page of  the Norfolk County Council website where you can find out if qualify for one and if you do, will help you to apply online.

You will automatically receive a new concessionary travel pass in the post if you have already had a pass issued by Norfolk County Council.

The North Norfolk Railway is more popularly known as The Poppy Line.

From the smart Victorian seaside resort of Sheringham to the Georgian town of Holt, the North Norfolk Railway runs through the county’s most stunning coastal scenery.

Operated almost entirely by Volunteers from all walks of life, the line is East Anglia’s premier heritage railway.

Steam trains operate daily from April to October.
